American people love animals, especially dogs and cats. I place my golden retriever's life above libtards and any Chinese sympathizers.

Noem should've not even write about that part, she's damged goods now. and will hinder president Trump should he pick her, and i'm sure President Trump will do the right thing.

Noem is a clueless moron. Regardless of how you feel about killing a dog whose behavior you don't like - as opposed to training it or giving it away to someone willing to train it - you have to be an absolute, blithering idiot not to understand that large numbers of voters will find your actions highly objectionable and will not vote for you as a result.

I hope this puts into perspective Kristi Noem’s dog problem:

When I was a kid, my brother and I would always have Zipper (our dog) with us where ever we would go. We had a chicken farm near our house and we took Zipper with us to check out the chickens. My brother foolishly opened the gate to the 1000 chickens and Zipper raced in, killing chickens as fast as he could. With the gate open, Zipper chased half the chickens out. We had dead chickens and chickens all over the neighborhood.

When my dad found a chicken in our bathroom he suspected something was wrong with our neighbor’s chickens. He went over to the chicken farm and found a very angry farmer. If he could, our neighbor would have got his gun and shot our dog.

My dad went all over the neighborhood, collecting chickens and returning them back to the farm. It took two days to get a small percentage of the chickens back. He had to pay for the rest, which was the price of a week’s wages. If my brother hadn’t taken the blame for opening the gate, my dad would have taken Zipper out into the yard and shot him. When the nearest shelter was 50 miles away, that’s how things happen in rural areas.

Kristy Noem was raised on the family farm in rural Hamlin County. In 1994 she left college early to run the family farm. She added a hunting lodge and restaurant to the family property. Hamlin has a population of only 6,164, mostly dedicated to agriculture. People who judge people in such areas with urban standards, are biting the hands that feed them. Much of the ingredients that makes dog food are produced in such areas.

She lost me when she vetoed the Trans athlete bill. That was really stupid. Now she brags about shooting a puppy.

Face it.

She’s stupid.

As Kurt Schlichter hilariously pointed out in today’s column, rural people understand the need to put down a dangerous dog, but urbanites will only see “killed a puppy” (even though it wasn’t a puppy) and reject her. Was an unforced error including it in her book, and makes her a liability on a national ticket. She’s still hot, though......

So far, she’s put down a puppy, a goat, and apparently recently put down 3 horses all at once, too.
