A sniper can’t wound a guy in the enemy’s front line fighting positions and then go get him, even if the guy wanted to surrender, and trying to wave off a drone was just that, “leave me alone”, there is nothing here about surrenders and capturing people, it was a behind enemy lines bombing mission.”
