The Temple Police Department have identified the two deceased victims as 22-year-old Abigail Boatwright and 17-year-old Evan Boatwright of Gatesville, Texas.
They said the driver is in stable condition.
Depends - if the D.O.T./F.M.C.S.A. is able to find a miniscule amount of fault with the driver they will likely stop there (path of least resistance). But any rigging outfit that I have ever had dealings with/knowledge of in my 30+ years in the industry will likely NOT have a complete idiot driving for them - stakes are VERY high for those folks.
