That’s the standard Levin Hannity VDH. and Beck canard
Not exactly true
But they use it to buck charges the far right are fascists
Same way they demonize my ancestry
Parts of the genesis of Nazis were socialist
They were authoritarian
But is the latter only the province of the left?
By your surmisal is anyone excessively right wing?
In my view amd how I was thought via the old clock style paradigm
The nationalism and enforced creed and lore and ethnicity makes Nazis authoritarian right wing
Like Franco and I like Franco
Pinochet too
Honestly via those pundits who is far right authoritarian ?
The oil kingdoms maybe?
Argentina is ripe for immigration. Would Milei take in a big chunk of them? I’m talking Americans. Israelis need to stay and fight.

But 100% true. National Socialism. “Fascist” as the Left uses it today simply means anyone refusing to obey them and especially those that do so with vigor.
The Nazi’s were authoritarian as is anyone looking to take absolute power. But it is the left more than any other who seek absolute power because absolute control is the only way their demented views and policies work.
A man is a girl!!! And to prove it, we will ban you from saying otherwise. If you resist us, you are a threat to democracy and a, wait for it, fascist.
Rightwing authoritarians? Ok, I suppose. But let’s keep in mind that “rightwing” is a relative term. To the left in this country, anyone not them is “rightwing.”
It’s been awhile since I read Paul Johnson’s “Modern Times” but if I recall correctly he lumps Hitler, Stalin and Mao together in one chapter because they all ran “gangster regimes”, not because they shared socialist or leftwing ideology.
There were a couple of actual socialists in the early Nazi Party, Otto and Gregor Strasser and for awhile Hitler’s young protege Joseph Goebbels agreed with them. Hitler didn’t, and he eventually solved the problem of Strasser socialism by having the Strassers killed.
William Shirer goes over all of this and more in the opening chapters of “The Rise and Fall of the Third Reich”. People really ought to read that before announcing their ideas of what the Nazi Party was based simply on its name. The German Left at that time didn’t regard Nazis as one of the many variants of the Left and Nazis agreed with them on that point.
The Nazis borrowed their name from an existing Austrian party whose name included “Nationalsozialistische”. These people weren’t political philosophers concerned about the nuances of what their name conveyed.
