IIRC Rudy was sued by Ruby Freeman over saying she rigged the election and did voter fraud. She sued, democrat jury said she is entitled to everything Rudy has, Rudy is now in bankruptcy and lawyers are pestering him over expenses, claiming all his money belongs to other people.
You are just one rigged partisan jury away from being destroyed these days, so our legal system now is not really a legal system.
Of course to me all of this looks like some kind of rigged show by an intelligence agency designed to pull everyone’s strings, but what do I know.
Rudy admitted in court that his allegations were libelous and unproven. But he said he was entitled to say them on First Amendment grounds. This motion was denied as a half-guilty plea, which is not a thing.
