There’s no bias in that Newsweak article—none. It’s also obvious whoever, or whatever, wrote that article is a complete bankruptcy ignoramus. The so-called “Unauthorized Payments” are actually called “Preference Payments”, that is, payments made to one creditor in preference to another creditor.
What is most likely, is those payments were made on debt(s) that were reaffirmed. Meaning, he agreed to not request discharge of those debts as long as he keeps making current payments on them.
But we don’t know that from the biased Newsweak article, because, even if they knew those things, they wouldn’t include them. The whole point is to pile on any Trump supporter.
My eyesight has become worse as I get older, but even I can see through this smokescreen.
