Rudy Giuliani has been making unauthorized payments on his credit card, a committee of his bankruptcy creditors have claimed.
They told a bankruptcy judge—who controls the former New York City mayor's spending—that they will not allow Giuliani to drive his creditors "off a cliff," and said they are making a last attempt to get him to comply with his obligations to the bankruptcy court before they start using tougher legal methods.

Rudy admitted in court that his allegations were libelous and unproven. But he said he was entitled to say them on First Amendment grounds. This motion was denied as a half-guilty plea, which is not a thing.
I am talking about before Trump was even a Republican. Giuliani was mainly a “Republican” because of law & order issues. He didn’t agree with many other issues.
Yes, that is true as well. Rudy was always a liberal Republican who really was only anti-crime. He was never a social conservative, and often spoke against us. That’s in addition to him being a regular drag performer.
Who hell determines what one may purchase or not? You and millions of other dumbass Democrats (and cowardly RINOs) are the reason why this country is run by Biden type corrupt evil bastards.
When you’ve bankrupted, until it’s discharged, you’re spending is under scrutiny by a trustee. While could could debate the civil court ruling, he voluntarily bankrupted to protect himself. That protection also has rules. Either he doesn’t understand them or he believes he’s above needing to follow them. And if he doesn’t like them, like his FL condo, he can challenge them.
You aware of something different or are you just trolling? If you know something different, share it, please. My guess is you don’t.
And speaking of trolling, you've been at it pretty good this week.
So no, you have nothing to offer but to troll and harass.
Claude would be very interested to find out what you’ve been up to these days...
He cleaned up NYC and he broke the news of the h*nter b*den laptop to the world. He is conservative.
But it was he who sought BK protection. BK protection has rules and financial oversight. He’s an attorney. He should know about the advantages and disadvantages of BK protection. The court will decide if he’s allowed to do what he’s been doing or if it is a violation.
That's why all the FR Democrat Party operatives on this thread are attacking him.
Payback for breaking the Hunter Biden laptop story.
Note the glee from pretend FR "conservatives" on this thread.
In one of your Democrat Party courtrooms, your stooge Democrat "judges" would force Rudy Giuliani to recant a claim that the sun rises in the East, if it served their purposes.
Pure 1937 Soviet show trials.

That’s why he had to bankrupt. I think the admission was because he didn’t want to sit through depositions. That may have been more damaging.
Prove that. You can’t.
I just proved that you're here to defend Democrat Party stooge-judges.
In your own words, Tommy.
Exhibits A and B: stooge Engoron the Real Estate moron, and Colombian cartel stooge Juan Merchan.
These are the foetid piles of squeeze that you're defending for your DNC paymasters.
So you got nothing. Once again, thanks for playing…er trolling.
It took you less than a minute to respond like Nicolle Wallace or Philip Bump would have responded.
You should cease outing yourself as a Democrat Party operative.
As for your Colombian cartel clown Juan Merchan:
“Nothing in the courtroom last week dealt with the actual charges. None of the witnesses actually testified about any relevant crime recognized by law,” Jarrett explained to “Fox and Friends” co-host Steve Doocy. “Instead, it was sort of this weird kabuki theater or theater of the absurd, Steve. I mean, David Pecker, who ran the National Enquirer, was on the witness stand most of the week and told us what we already knew. The tabloid was sleazy, promoting and killing stories.”
