The backstop to all the legal cases is a vote by Congress to take Trump off the ballot.
That is coming.
Remember the Supreme Court said Colorado could not take Trump off a ballot for a Federal race, only Congress could do that for insurrection purposes, per the 14th Amendment.
Is Mike going to can it, or buckle to Jeffries who will demand a vote be taken?
All the Dems and a few compromised RINOS is all it takes to pass it and send it to the Senate, which will pass it.Biden signs it and, well, it is all downhill from there.
This summer is going to be one for the history books.
There still has to be some small amount of law in this county.
Trump would have to be charged with and found guilty of insurrection before the Congress could do that.
I have not seen Trump arrested and charged with insurrection much less convicted.
