No no no!!!!! You are ok. Its ok. Nothing like this has ever in history happened before. Our country is being shoved off a cliff. And you are not standing at the edge alone. We are all in this together.
Here is what I did just a few hours ago. I told a Never Trumper who posts on FR a lot to F Off. I normally don’t use the F word. Today has been the exception. Oh and I have no regrets telling Reno to F Off. None what so ever. We all grieve and deal with trauma in our own unique ways.
