First item on Judge Merchan’s agenda today is whether he will grant dismissal of the case, as requested by Trump’s legal team.
After all, there is no testimony of a crime committed by Trump, thus there is no case.
The prosecution’s main witness not only perjured himself on the stand twice, but admitted yesterday that he stole $60,000 from the Trump Organization. That is grand larceny.
We will see this morning if NY even has a functioning court system anymore.
My opinion my not be popular and it is pessimistic I grant, but these evil people need a win. Desperately. Everything they have attempted has only served to make Trump stronger. They need a conviction so they can call him a convicted felon. I don’t see true justice or right winning out till appeal.

I don’t hold out any hope of this “totally unbiased” Judge Merchan granting a dismissal of this Circus Trial.
I do expect that Trump will be found guilty of what is the big question.
The demonrats think that being able to call Trump a convicted felon will help them.
