I will be going Live in 30 minutes from the New York County Courthouse to preview the second day of Stormy Daniels’ testimony in the first criminal trial of the leading candidate for President, Donald J. Trump.

In the courtroom, notables in the media gallery today include Greg Kelly, Jake Tapper, Maggie Haberman, George Conway, and Lawrence “Looks Like Shit” O’Donnell, as referred to by President Donald J. Trump, and I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention, The Honorable (and modest) Andrew H. Giuliani.

The District Attorney’s office has begun to enter the courtroom.

President Trump is entering the courtroom followed by his legal team including Senator Rick Scott.

Along with Senator Scott, President Trump is joined by Todd Blanche, Emil Bove, Susan Necheles, Boris Ephstyn, and Natalie Harp among others

Judge Merchan has entered the courtroom and said, “Good Morning Mr. Trump.”

There is currently a hearing pre-jury where they are debating whether or not an accusation of Stormy Daniels assaulting her husband could be included. Judge Merchan will not allow it.

Stormy Daniels is reentering the courtroom, again dressed in dark clothing. A forest green dress and a black coat. She and President Trump do not make eye contact as she walks to the stand. She looks as some described on Tuesday to be somewhat disheveled compared to her standard public appearances.

The jury has now entered the courtroom.

Susan Necheles (Trump D) is resuming her cross examination of Stormy Daniels.

Asking about Stormy Daniels attempting to sell her story of the alleged sexual encounter between her and Donald J. Trump in 2006.

Trump D now resuming the questioning. Prosecution objects to the line of questioning regarding Gina Rodriguez shopping the story.

Judge Merchan sustains the objection.

Trump D: You wanted to make money for selling your story.

Stormy Daniels: I never asked for money from anyone, I was asking from money to SELL my story to get the Truth out.

Trump D: Was it your choice to enter into a non-disclosure agreement.

Stormy Daniels: It was my attorneys decision. I would have forfeited the money to get the story out.

Trump Defense Attorney Susan Necheles making the point that Stormy Daniels would not tell her story unless she was paid.

“As an alternative to be paid for your silence, you wanted to be paid for your story.”

Trump D gets Stormy Daniels to admit that she wanted to be paid for her story if she was to violate her NDA.

Trump D: Brings up Stormy Daniels potential opposition to Trump’s stance on abortion and gay marriage.

Suggesting another motive.

Trump D: When Michael Cohen was not paying you the money you were furious?

Stormy: Yes

Trump D: Did you call Keith Davidson a pussy for not getting the $

Stormy Daniels: Can you show me where I said that?

Trump D: Asking to put up exhibit.

Audio Exhibit: Keith Davidson talking about $130,000 payment, the Prosecution objects, Judge Merchan sustains and asks the attorneys to approach. The audio exhibit does not get to the point where Stormy Daniels called him a “pussy” is said.

It was the wrong exhibit that was being played.

They now have the correct exhibit, Judge Merchan is asking to see the transcript before it is played.

Audio Exhibit of Keith Davidson: I wouldn’t be surprised if the story gets out the Stormy Daniels was yelling and screaming at me calling me a pussy. Stormy wants this money more than anything. I want this fucking money and if he looses this election then we don’t get anything.

Trump D: You understand that a contract is an agreement yes?

Stormy Daniels: I’m not an attorney but yes.

Trump Defense Attorney Susan Necheles now going through different points of the agreement including potential confidential information.

Stormy Daniels: I am not an attorney and I read this agreement quickly so I signed based on my attorney’s recommendations.

Trump D: But you signed this correct?

Stormy: Yes

Trump D pointing out that the agreement say that the information agreed upon was to be kept confidential. Stormy Daniels agreed to it being a NDA and that they, Donald Trump and Stormy Daniels, were releasing any claims against each other.
Trump D: On January 12, 2018, the Wall Street Journal published an article about this agreement yes? Did you know that the article was coming out before?

Stormy Daniels: Keith Davidson said there was something coming out.

Trump D: On January 10, 2018, didn’t you sign a letter where you affirmed that you did not have a sexual relationship with Donald Trump. Did it say in there that Donald Trump was nothing but gracious and a complete gentleman?

Stormy: Correct
Trump D highlighting ANOTHER letter on January 30th (my birthday) where Stormy Daniels affirmed again that she denied any affair roomers with Donald Trump.

Trump D pointing out that when this letter was signed, Donald Trump was not running for election in January of 2018. (Important line of questioning considering the prosecutions election interference allegations).

Trump D: You wanted to publicly say you had sex with Donald Trump is that correct.

Stormy Daniels: No, nobody would ever want to say that.

Trump D now goes into Michael Avenatti questioning. Asking about the amount of money that Avenatti was able to contract through selling her story, including the $800k for her, Stormy Daniels’, book.

Trump D: Am I correct that your book would sell because of you alleged sexual encounter with Donald Trump?

Stormy Daniels: No

Trump D: You said in Chapter 3 that people would flip right to that encounter, correct?

Stormy: Yes

Stormy Daniels now being asked about her “Make America Horny Again” tour in 2018 which was advertised with the picture of her and Donald J. Trump. (Side note: She had a residency at the strip club next to Trump International Golf Club).

Stormy Daniels trying to frame that she wasn’t just telling the story of her alleged sexual encounter with Donald Trump, but the story of her entire life.

Trump D: Did you make $200k for appearing in the surreal life?

Stormy Daniels: Yes

Trump D now questioning about NBC documentary of which she was paid.

Trump D now getting into Stormy Daniels’ extramarital affair with a cameraman from the NBC documentary. Stormy says her and her husband were separated at that time. Trump Defense Attorney questioning about how much $ she has received from documentary, $125k before commissions is what they are getting at although Stormy is pushing back on how much she currently was paid.

Stormy Daniels: You are misconstruing a quote that was made to me in a strip club.

Trump D: Are you not still profiting off of selling your alleged story of sex with Donald Trump.

Now showing Exhibit where witness posted that she would be instrumental in putting President Trump in jail.

Trump D: is that you post?

Stormy: Yes but I don’t see instrumental or in jail.

Trump D going back and forth with Stormy Daniels about what she meant by this “orange turd down” post. Daniels first saying she didn’t know what she meant. After multiple questions by Susan Necheles, Stormy Daniels slips and says she did mean President Donald Trump.
