Judge is certainly inserting himself in the Stormy cross examination. Seems to be getting in the way of the Trump Defense teams’ point that she may have lied to the courts, including this court, in her sworn testimony that she did not fill out or receive the document.
Trump D: Is it true that you are hiding your assets from Donald J. Trump?
Stormy Daniels: No
Trump D: Have you set up a Trust for your daughter?
Stormy Daniels: No
Trump D: Have you been making money by your story where you say you had sex with Donald Trump?
Stormy: Not for doing interviews in the United States.
Trump D: Have you made money from your story where you say you had sex with Donald Trump.
Stormy: It has also cost me a lot of money.

Stormy Daniels: I turned down Gloria Alreads’ offer to represent me.
TD: You had a conversation with Gloria Alread?
SD: I did.
Trump D: In that conversation, you told Gloria Alread that you did not have sex with Donald Trump, is that correct?
Stormy: I told Alread that we did have sex.
Stormy Daniels is now hostily answering Susan Necheles’ questions.
Trump Defense: You realized that in order to make money about President Trump, you better talk about sex, isn’t that right?
Stormy Daniels: No
Trump Defense might have caught Stormy Daniels telling three publications competing stories in 2011, siting “The Dirty, OK Magazine, and E.”
Trump Defense: We’re you trying to make $15,000 off this story?
LONG PAUSE
Stormy Daniels: Yes
Trump D: One place won’t pay you money, one place paid you $15,000. Was your primary motivation to make $ off President Trump?
SD: No, I went on 60 minutes with Anderson (my note: “Floater”) Cooper.
Trump D: I was talking about 2011.
My note: Necheles has her fastball.
Trump Defense asking about the story Stormy Daniels told on the Anderson Cooper show about her being allegedly threatened in 2011.
Defense gets out that she never told this story for 7 years publicly, or even to her husband. Even though the life of her child was allegedly threatened.
My opinion: Necheles doing a fantastic job showing how unbelievable this threat story is.
Trump Defense Attorney Susan Necheles getting to the bottom of this alleged threat story, including that Michael Cohen said he never had anything to do with an alleged threat, even though Stormy Daniels said she believed at the time that Cohen was responsible for the alleged threat.
Trump Defense asking about $100,000 reward Michael Avenatti offered to catch the alleged threatener.
Trump D: He was never caught because he never existed?
Stormy Daniels: He did exist!
Trump D: This whole story was made up wasn’t it?
Stormy Daniels: It was real.
Trump Defense Attorney asks for a short afternoon break at 4:01pm. Judge Merchan grants a 10 minute break. Jury leaves first. Stormy Daniels leaves. Judge departs. President Donald J. Trump departs through the back of the courtroom, walking by the press. The District Attorney’s office departs.
