BREAKING IN NEW YORK - Judge makes Trumpâs trial as salacious as possible: In case youâre not paying attention, today is day 11 of Trumpâs criminal trial in Manhattan, and Judge Juan Merchan just ruled that the Access Hollywood tape transcript can be admitted but rejected the Washington Post article due to its potentially prejudicial nature.
NOTE: In case you have forgotten, in the Access Hollywood tape, Donald Trump is heard making lewd and vulgar comments about women, including remarks about grabbing women by their âpâŠies.â The recording sparked significant controversy during the 2016 presidential campaign and itâs often used by the left to describe Trump as an alleged sexual predator or abuser of women, an untrustworthy person.
NOTE: By allowing prosecution to introduce the transcript to the tape, Judge Merchan has made it possible to expand discussions on sex in an open court, making the trial as salacious as possible.
NOTE: The case in question has little to do with sex or the salacious details and nothing to do with the Hollywood tape but by focusing on sex and women and lewd comments, the aim might be to discredit Trump in the eyes of the voters, what he has called election interference.

Back in 2020, Dems crafted a clever strategy to install Biden into the White House: a tsunami of mail-in ballots. For 2024, theyâve devised a new tactic: attempting to imprison their political rival. However, it seems that their first plan, involving a flood of questionable and unverified mail-in ballots, was a better election scheme for a number of reasons. First off, the American people are totally tuned out as Democrats weave yet another one of their political webs.
Itâs painfully obvious to any American with a shred of common sense that this is not the âAmerican way.â We shouldnât resemble countries like North Korea, Russia, Ukraine, and Iran by imprisoning political dissenters. Our country has sunk to depths previously unimaginable, dragged down by the leftâs Marxist agenda. Not to mention, these cases are embarrassingly shoddy. However, the left and their media stooges are banking on the fact that superficial reports on the trials might convince many that theyâre legit. Predictably, anti-Trump forces have swallowed the bait, applauding like trained seals.
But one of the biggest problems for the Democrats is that theyâve awakened a sleeping giant: the Trump base. Not since the overturning of Roe v. Wade have we seen such raw fervor from one side, rallying to support their candidate. Right now, the left has a huge problem. Theyâre dealing with a base thatâs frustrated, disinterested, and embarrassed, while these sham trials have lit a fire under the rightâpumping them up to rally behind President Trump stronger than ever.
Trump has taken the lead in all swing states with no signs of slowing up, all while dealing with the leftâs show trials.
The real goal for the left isnât just the trials themselves; theyâre gunning for a conviction. They think that nailing a conviction against Trump will sink his chances and hand Biden another unearned victory. But hereâs where their plan may just implode: a new poll suggests that if Trump is convicted, his base isnât just going to stick by himâtheyâre going to rally harder. In fact, the poll shows that Trumpâs support could actually surge, with six times as many Trump voters saying theyâre more likely to back him if heâs convicted in the New York show trial.

Rasmussen Poll: Trump Widens Lead Over Biden
A Rasmussen Reports survey released Friday found that in a three-way contest between Biden, Trump, and Robert F. Kennedy Jr., 46% of likely U.S. voters would choose Trump, 36% would vote for Biden, and 9% would back RFK Jr.
In a five-way match including Green Party candidate Jill Stein and former Harvard professor Cornel West, 48% say they would vote for Trump, 36% for Biden, 8% for RFK Jr., and 1% each for West and Stein.
