We can only hope that the jury sees how unfairly the Judge is treating Mr. Costello’s testimony but he let Stormy go on and on when what she was saying was not relevant.

At this point, it is only the paralegals, two of whom testified as prosecutions witnesses.
The “icebox” is noticeably warmer since President Trump started calling Room 1530, Courtroom 59 the chilly name.
The rest of the Soros funded New York County District Attorney’s office walks into the courtroom, stage right.
They walk directly behind where the 45th President of the United States and leading candidate for the United States, Donald J. Trump, will be sitting any moment, straight to the prosecutions’ bench.
Matthew Colangelo, the Senior Biden Justice Department official who took an unprecedented demotion to become an ADA walks in fourth behind what appears to be a spectator and two other prosecutors.

Robert Costello has reentered the courtroom, walking in behind President Trump and his defense team.
Costello walks about 12 steps, makes a left hand turn, walks 5 more steps, makes a right and button hooks around a wooden divider to sit himself on the witness stand in a crimson colored chair.
While waiting for the jury, one of the Soros funded DA’s offices’ ADA’s asks Merchan if he wants to ask about the jury’s availability for next Wednesday before we send them home today. Merchan replies, I will.
The jury of 18 New Yorkers, 12 primary jurors and 6 alternate jurors, has entered the courtroom stage right.
They are walking between President Trump and “Judge” Merchan and are being seated.
We begin the day with the Soros funded District Attoney’s office questioning Bob Costello about an email where serial liar Michael Cohen asked Costello to stop contacting him.
They establish that it is in relation of the unpaid debt of Cohen.

The “Judge” has dismissed the jury telling them that they will come back a week from today, next Tuesday as the Memorial Day holiday weekend is approaching and Merchan does not want to break up summations.
Merchan also points out to the jury that they may have to work next Wednesday.
After the jury departs, the “Judge” tells the ADA and Trump team to come back at 2:15 to discuss jury instructions.

When the ADA asks if Costello was referring to Trump, Costello says: “Friends in high places definitely refers to President Trump.”
Soros funded DA’s office pulls up another email from Bob Costello to his law partner, Jeff Citron.
Included in the email is this segment: “Our issue is to get Cohen on the right page without giving the appearance that we’re following instructions from Giuliani or the President”
Costello replies that the reason he wrote this email was to get everyone on the same page because Rudy Giuliani was saying things in the press that Cohen did not like.

Costello explains: “I was encouraging Michael Cohen, as I just explained earlier, to express any of his complaints, and he had several so I could bring them to Giuliani, whatever they were.”

My opinion: none of this distraction for the jury by the Soros funded DA’s office has anything to do with the underlying alleged crime, which is still not clear.

In it, Costello references that Cohen was an “asshole” and that Cohen is messing with the most powerful guy in the world.

Trump Defense Attorney Emil Bove now questioning Bob Costello. Bove starts with an email and then a waiver signed by Michael Cohen.
It says at no point did I sign a retainer or retain Costello.
Cohen did not sign it and its established that it would have been a false statement has Cohen signed it.
WOW, Bove establishes that one of the emails that Costello sent to his son that the ADA tried to frame as from Costello’s son to him was actually a quote from Michael Cohen.

Bove: Did you ever pressure Michael Cohen to do anything?
Costello: No
Bove: Did you ever have control over Michael Cohen?
Costello: Clearly not.
Two questions get objected to including: Does a lawyer ever have control over a client?
Bove: Did you ever have control over Michael Cohen sir?
Costello: No I did not.
Trump attorney Bove has nothing further for Costello. Soros funded District Attorney has two more questions:
1) about retainer, showing a retainer agreement as of April 20, 2018 - Costello injects, “that’s the day Cohen said he was never on the team.” ADA: Did Cohen ever sign that retainer agreement? Costello: No
2) Did Cohen ever repay you? No
No further questions, ADA wraps up. Emil Bove has no further questions.
