What did Don Jr. have to say?
He did not sound very optimistic that the jurors/jury would do the right thing in acquitting his dad for fear of the backlash affecting their lives.
Talked about how he and his five kids have to deal with torment but do receive some subtle support from the public in restaurants, etc. Stressed that he’s speaking out and doing what he does for his kids’ future.
Discussed his recent visit to see the now-incarcerated Peter Navarro, who’s the ONLY one serving time for a misdemeanor amongst all others convicted on felonies. He & Bannon pointed out how Navarro won’t even be given time off, early release for good behavior. They pushed Navarro’s MAGA book, published by Don, Jr.’s company
Reflected back a week or so ago when he was standing on his feet for an entire hour despite having just undergone surgery to repair a torn meniscus tear in his knee.
Finally, he and Bannon noted how Don. Jr. is NOT taking any pain medication so he doesn’t risk making a mistake on social media posts or in his podcasts.

I see that Cohen besides lying under oath has admitted to stealing money from Trump.
Cohen is the one committing crimes not Trump.
I have hope that there is at least one juror who will do the right thing and stand up for the law since no crime had been proven and acquit Trump, but I do understand why Don is not optimistic.

Mark Kasowitz, former attorney to President Trump who first represented him on the Mueller investigation being asked about now. Cohen had a good relationship with Kasowitz.
Cohen admitting from questioning by Blanche that he was paid $4 million in 2017 from 6 consulting clients.

Blanche gets Cohen to admit that in 2017, he was paid the following for Consulting:
Novartis $100,000 per month
Columbus Nova $80,000 per month
AT&T $50,000 per month
Korean Aerospace: $100K per month
BTA Pinks: $150K per month agreed, they only paid for 2 or 3 months…3 months @ $150,000 per month for $450K
Franklin Haney: $50,000 retainer with 15% carry interest
Haney had a nuclear facility trying to obtain assistance w/ financing
Avenue Partner also mentioned but Cohen says he did not take the contract because he was not comfortable in what he was asked to do by them.
Blanche questioning Cohen on the stand about if he called Melania Trump in 2018 saying that President Trump was not aware of the payment to Stormy Daniels in 2016.
Cohen does not recall this conversation with Melania.
Cohen admits that in 2018, he was telling many people including reporters, friends and family that President Trump did not know about the payment.
Rudy Giuliani’s name first makes an appearance in testimony today when serial liar Cohen is questioned about an email Bob Costello sent Cohen regarding his taxi medallion problem.
Blanche: Would it surprise you to learn that you talked to Costello 75 times on the phone?
Cohen: That seems excessive, but possibly.

The point Blanche is making is that Costello is responding to question after question from Cohen.
Highly unlikely that Costello was not representing him given this evidence.

Just had what I could only describe as a conversation with a witless MSNBC “reporter” in the elevator.
The “reporter” commented on how disciplined Cohen has been as a witness.
When I pointed out to the “reporter” how Cohen had in all likelihood perjured himself in regards to the October 24, 2016 96 second call at 8:02pm, and how undisciplined that was, the “reporter” asked, how do you prove that?
The elevator door closed before I could remind the “reporter” that it is actually the prosecutions job beyond a reasonable doubt to prove guilt.

Soros Funded DA’s office redirects and questions serial liar Michael Cohen. She is trying to clean up some questions, asking about Redfinch and the work they did.
Cohen saying that it was in regard to a poll that was done where Mr. Trump was unsatisfied with his standing as the most famous businessman of the last century.
My opinion: This is the ADA trying to bring this back into the gutter and distract the jury from what they just witnessed: Cohen getting stripped by Blanche worse than Stormy Daniels a few weeks back.
Cohen now answering questions from the ADA about the $60,000 that Cohen earlier admitted to stealing from Donald Trump.
ADA tries to downplay it that it was wrongful. Cohen agrees.
My question: Yea, I’d say Grand Larceny is wrongful, would you?
My observation: Cohen, who has a standard Droopy Dog look, looks now like a punch drunk fighter who’s gone way too many rounds in the ring. To advance the analogy, If the ref was unbiased, he would call this fight.

Now…it is nearly dead silent in the courtroom with only the soft tap on occasion.

Soros funded DA’s office asks if convicted felon if Cohen is the defendant in this case. This gives Cohen the opportunity to take a swipe at sympathy when he says that when he perjured himself in 2018, he was a defendant and he was worried about his wife being prosecuted. Now he is just a witness.
Reminded: He lied under oath, even at sentencing when he admitted to perjuring himself in that case.
Cohen now asked by the ADA about why he didn’t sign a retainer agreement with Costello. Cohen (ironically) says he didn’t trust him because he kept mentioning Rudy Giuliani’s name.
Reminder: Cohen had 75 phone calls totaling over 9 hours with Costello over the course of a few months. Blanche got Cohen to admit multiple times where Cohen asked Costello his advice.
Soros funded DA’s office asking perjurer of Congress, Michael Cohen about when he was searching about his potential reduction of sentencing. Cohen is blaming a Google AI program for creating hypotheticals, that Cohen’s lawyer said was incorrect.
This admittedly is the convicted felon Cohen’s best moment of the trial. Not because anything he said was likely believable in the eyes of the jury, but because he used the words “query” & “plethora” in the same sentence.
My conclusion: Cohen’s IQ might actually be warmer than the temperature…it’s inconclusive, but there is a chance.

Merchan tells the jurors that we are going to break early and after giving instructions says we’ll see you at 2:15pm.
