Picking up a known felon in the manner you suggest is not a smart move for several reasons. Sorry to be blunt, but you don’t know how to do this better than the Marshals.
Yet the marshals do it all the time.
What are you talking about factor? You responded to someone who brought up David Koresh and that government sponsored dumpster fire.
If they would have picked up Koresh outside his compound, it's very likely a whole lot of innocent children and others would still be alive to this day.
Which Marshal's "do this better"? The dead ones? The ones barely clinging to life?
