Sorry, a dog that kills and attacks your other animals and snaps at humans, put it down. That’s not sociopathic, absolutely justified and responsible thing to do.
Troublesome dogs can be controlled, especially in the city, if one has the will. I had a large and powerful boxer who was too conscious of his own prerogatives to be safe off-leash. He loved almost everyone, but around other large (un-neutered) male dogs and black men, he was volatile and apt to make trouble. (”He a gangsta!” is the admiring description one black dude applied, even as I held my boy on a very short leash.) I made sure he was firmly in hand whenever the occasion required, and he had a happy life until cancer took his life at the age of 9.
At a minimum, it’s sociopathic not to understand this is nothing to brag about.
