Back in the days of the steel mill, Rialto and Fontana were blue collar white. I believe the entire San Gabriel Valley and its communities are now majority Hispanic.

White people (cough, “Americans”) are all of 11% of Rialto now; in the ‘70s that had to be 75-80%. Black people just a bit less at 9%. And probably going down.
The illegal alien invasion from Mexico starting in the mid-70s is breathtaking in its scope. The San Gabriel used to be solid White for a century.
It’s now a foreign country. Good luck to the black woman trying to scrape some cash from the Mexicans. They don’t have the money or care about her.
