This is out in the country, over twenty miles from Philadelphia.>>> what a doofus reporter. It’s not out in the country and i doubt it is 20 miles from philly. IT’s about 10 miles from Philly and about 15 minutes from my house. It’s a very congested traffic area.

Looks like they were eastbound on 322 getting back to 95 and because that road is always congested they might have been passing cars on the right running on the side of the road and then oops. there is a concrete bridge abutment over chichester ave. where the road narrows so you can’t fit two cars on the right side of the road.

If the driver was fleeing from a stop, was there an actual pursuit?
If the drivers saw another LE vehicle while fleeing and freaked, how is that a pursuit?
