Nobody ever asks these scumbag morons what, exactly, is the plan for Israeli divestment? I want specifics. Is it Jew owned companies? Companies that have an office in Israel? Companies that buy or sell with Israeli companies? They’ll just look at me blankly and say “uh. Yeah.”
Ok, then give the mechanics of how you go about doing that if the companies are privately or publicly held? Do politics override the fiduciary responsibility of a pension fund manager?
So they want divestment. Let us return the favor by pushing in the direction of a net-zero carbon world and halting the import of oil and petroleum products from all the countries of the Middle East besides Israel. Imports should be halted to the US and all European countries.
Certainly the woke protestors can get onboard net-zero carbon policy even if it means defunding terrorism in the Middle East.
