Me either and that spanned 31 years in the DoD.
Every building in every facility I was ever at the order of the day was an electric refrigerator and microwave.....and that was about it.
I’m guessing some cafeterias in federal buildings use gas.
I have seen in military mess halls nothing but gas burners and huge steam kettles run off district heating steam from a building sized boiler which on some bases was gasp coal fired some where fuel oil as well. I don’t think the DOD is gonna give up gas to try to cook meals for a thousand plus at a chow time.
