So if you have a Ag who says anything you do is legal then you can’t be prosecuted - what a horrible argument especially when the so called protection from a corrupt AG, like Garland, is the Senate approval process.
Under the guise of national security, a great many laws are violated, and not prosecuted. If immunity is denied, we will see political prosecutions ramp up on a regular basis. I just don’t see the Court unleashing the horses out of the barn.
CNN is getting nervous. Chiron right now says “Oral arguments suggest the Supreme Court may not totally resolve the Trump immunity case”...lol
Why am I watching CNN?...because they have a side bar giving details of ongoing Trump trial while airing court.

IF the highest politician in the country has NO IMMUNITY-—THEN NOT ONE of the 535 or even lower has Any IMMUNITY

No, I disagree with you there. The DS is definitely sending their ‘best’. It’s just that ... their best really, really sucks. JS....
In addition, Mr. Dreeben (for The Swamp), wants the President to be held by a leash that runs back to the "Office of Legal Counsel" (in need of 24/7 attention and importance at) The Law Firm of The Swamp (aka "DoJ").
Mr. Dreeben (for The Swamp) also presented a hypothetical, OPPOSED to "there is a crime, because charges of a crime are brought."
That seems to apply to the very case that President Trump is enduring in New York City, today.
