Perhaps the prosecutors shouldn’t have put on the women who were not part of the case. Dumb move.

I am certain that allowing testimony on allegations not part of a case would be found to be prejudicial against a defendant no matter the politics of the judge. Remember it is the rights of the defendant that are protected under the Constitution. Even defendants who are scumbags.

I think enough evidence can be presented without such testimony that a new trial will easily lead to a conviction.
