Furthermore, since New York is no longer a part of the United States, its entire congressional delegation is no longer qualified and should be thrown out of the Congress. That includes both Senators and all the Representatives. Sadly though, it means that Donald Trump is no longer qualified to be President, since he was born in New York. Overall though, I think it’s a win.

As for the judge, since she doesn’t believe in the Second Amendment, she therefore, doesn’t believe in the Thirteenth Amendment either; so everything reverts to Dred Scott v. Sanford. On that basis, she is a fugitive slave. Haul her out of the court, and sell her at the nearest slave auction.
