Police clad with riot gear started swarming Yale University’s Connecticut campus early Monday where hundreds of students have been staging an anti-Israel protest.

Footage posted online showed cops arriving at the Ivy League school and blocking off entrances to a plaza at the New Haven campus where roughly 200 protesters were gathered.

Are those protest violent? What’s the difference between those protests and the ones we supported on 1/7? It’s a simple question, do people always support the 1st Amendment or only when they, personally, are exercising it?

Hamas already admitted their casualty numbers were overstated earlier this month. They admitted that over 11,000 of their claimed 33,000 were probably phony. Since Israel claims to successfully eliminating 13,000 Hamas soldiers, this means that the ratio of non-combatant deaths to combatant death is less than 1:1. This is lower than any other recent large scale conflict, where the ratio is expected to be 4:1 or much higher.

We are presuming that Hamas is not hiding further military casualties among the supposed non-combatants, but with the Muslim principle of Taqiyya, one can never be certain.

Here are some sources.

“Hamas-Run Gaza Health Ministry Admits to Flaws in Casualty Data”

The Hamas-run Gaza Ministry of Health said on April 6 that it had “incomplete data” for 11,371 of the 33,091 Palestinian fatalities it claims to have documented.

“I get students protesting the killing of tens of thousands of civilians.”

Lord Haw Haw slithers in right on cue.

Those “civilians” in Gaza voted over 85% for the Hamas government that broke a cease fire, murdered over a thousand Israeli civilians, kidnapped hundreds, raped and mutilated teenage girls, and shot babies in their cribs.

Now they’re getting some well deserved payback. Had you been around in 1944 or 1945 you’d no doubt be weeping for the people in Dresden and Nagasaki.

Screw every last one of them. Don’t start wars and the odds of your kids being killed drop to almost zero.

If you truly support Israel, you support Israel now and in the future. I’m the anomaly for our generation, I think. I don’t support the indiscriminate killing of innocent civilians. The younger voters and coming generations of voters are becoming vehemently anti Israel. Even with AIPAC, in the next twenty years the U.S. support of Israel will evaporate if Israel does not address this situation today.

It does not matter if their position is correct or not, the result will be the same. The time to address climate change lies was one and two generations ago. That horse is gone and the barn burned down now. That will be the case with American support for Israel in one or two generations if not sooner.

I see you have swallowed the propaganda. Tens of thousands as self reported by a terrorist organization.

Israel claims to have killed 10,000 Hamas.

Netanyahu has publicly claimed that the combatant to civilian casualties are 1 to 1.6.

So, by Israel's own admission they have killed 10,000-16,000 civilians. Of course the truth is probably somewhere between the 25,000 claimed by Hamas and the 16,000 claimed by Israel.

I am morally ambivalent regarding whether Israel should be doing what they are doing but let's not pretend it is something other than what it is...they are ethnically cleansing the Palestinians out of Israel and killing tens of thousands of woman and children to do it.

Now let's talk about what I DO have an opinion on....

I DO NOT want to pay for another country to ethnically cleanse their population.

They will likely send the remaining Palestinians to the U.S. and to Europe. I don't want that to happen. If you don't think that is the goal, you haven't been paying attention.

Once it does happen, I hope you will have the humility and the pattern recognition to understand that pre-invasion, relocating 100's of thousands of Palestinians out of Israel and into formerly Christian nations would have been a proposterous idea. Post-invasion, people like Nikki Haley and prominent Democrats are advocating it. Once you understand that, you may look into the HIAS and then maybe you may start connecting dots.

I'm guessing you won't though.

What protests are you talking about? The Jan 6? Totally different cases. The Pali protests are intended to bully and terrorize.

It starts in middle school mostly but in my blue state, it starts even sooner.

It begins when the child leaves the home, even if it's pre-K.

The sad part is that most parents will shout from the rooftop how their particular school district is the "best" and not like the others.

All the while, their child is being propagandized.

There's a reason those in charge are forcing both parents into the workforce. They want the kids from cradle to grave.

Its not going to work like that.
Younger voters are always going to be attracted by the big shiny - in the US it seems they are disproportionately pro Trump now. Its a subset of the edge-case crowd that are making the pro-Pali fuss.

The climate change bs has hit a wall btw. Reality became apparent.

You realize that the CIA and the US military go around the world starting wars, don't you?

Are you suggesting that this makes YOUR children legitimate targets? I pray that the monsters around the globe who happen to be affected by our banker's wars don't think the same way you do. (and the same way as Hamas for that matter)

No they are not! Hamas chose to go to war on October 7 despite having a ceasefire up to and including October 6. They understand that this entails casualties.

Hamas was happy to machine gun unarmed civilians to death and commit mass rape of the most vicious sort including raping women to death. This was NOT unintentional collateral damage, but very intentional direct damage.

When wars are fought, there will be unfortunate collateral damage. While recent experience puts that at a ratio of at least 4:1, Israel has kept this down to less than 1:1. Israel should be complimented in making a major effort at keeping civilian casualties so low.

That seems like a plan. These schools were meant to be institutions of higher learning, not political training camps.
Same goes for our nation.

If it was a BLM protest during the Trump admin, it was green lighted. This protest could “help the Republicans” by making Biden look bad so it is not allowed.

In the old days, the dean or president of a college, would issue immediate dismissals from the college. Campus security nearly frog-marched students off campus, with a warning to not return.

But the “university system” is now a model of Eric Holder’s Hate America First, Hate Israel First, Hate Liberty, Hate “The White Patriarchy”, etc.

If Israel wanted to ethnically cleanse Gaza, the war would have been over long ago.
