Donald Trump Encourages Supporters to Vote by Mail Despite Warning Against It for Years

Former President Donald Trump is now telling his supporters to embrace early voting by mail in the 2024 presidential election despite fighting against it for years, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Trump is now taking an all-of-the-above approach when it comes to his rematch against President Joe Biden.

He took to Truth Social to share a post in all-caps that read, "ABSENTEE VOTING, EARLY VOTING, AND ELECTION DAY VOTING ARE ALL GOOD OPTIONS. REPUBLICANS MUST MAKE A PLAN, REGISTER, AND VOTE!"

Lara Trump, the former president's daughter-in-law and newly appointed co-chair of the RNC, has also advocated an all-in approach to voting in future elections.

“We have to start encouraging Republican voters to do things like voting early, trust mail-in voting,” she told NBC News last month. “These are ways that we actually can have a big lead as we head into Election Day. And these are things that traditionally Republicans have sort of shied away from.”

I use early voting all the time. Be there Monday for early voting for May 5 th local elections. Don’t be those Arizona voters that showed up on election day and all the printers were broken and they lined you up for a all nighter on the one machine that worked.

No. The most idiotic thing was when Trump discouraged mail-in voting in 2020 and told his supporters to only vote in person on Election Day during what was perceived as a pandemic, an act that cost him untold number of low-propensity votes.

Glad to see Trump has wised up on the issue now.

I use early voting all the time.

I early voted for Trump in Florida in 2016. He won Florida.

In 2020, I mailed in my vote for Trump to Florida. He won Florida by an even bigger margin.

I'm not too worried about early and/or mail-in voting.

We can verify we “voted” in Oregon, BUT...don’t know HOW we voted, or how many illegals voted, or dead people.

having worked at Cali voting centers, if you use a mail-in ballot, i suggest you drop it off at a voting poll, center rather than mailing it in. it has to be tallied out of the voting center, and when it arrives at counting center, it has to be accounted for. there is a distinct trail

I live in CA...I drop off ballot at a drop box near the public library...The drop box is set up by LA County, not US Postal Service...

I get my email confirmation when my ballot is scanned by the LA County Registrar...
