That is almost certainly Hanover Parkway, between Good Luck Road and MD 193 Greenbelt Road. I drove it every day and used to walk the trail in that park before it got too scary.
I remember too that a hood on your sweatshirt meant you were probably a farmer's kid...it wasn't a fashion statement, just the opposite....
hoods are meant for people that WORK outside and need protection incase it got cold or rainy....
now any bum can wear one...
boots...hoods...jeans...these were for people that WORKED.
