From the looks of the chamber, they won’t even take a vote - it’s mostly empty.....maybe it’s scheduled for midnight?

Don't be silly they can just Deem it passed. Of course I used to be a C-SPAN junky and many times when voice vote was called they clearly lost but ruled the opposite.

I particularly loved the “the nays have it” or vice versa when it was clear there was no such thing....I’m glad I missed the vote...I was reading, then napping...more productive than anything going on in Congress.....
