Say 10%, that’s 40 million patriots. Not counting sympathisers. That’s 4th largest army in the world
Then add 10% of that million are veterans.

I'm too old, to frail, and at my end stretch to be of help. Remember in this day high-tech communications will be the tough part. Protonmail, VFNs can all be hacked. I know little about secure networks, but I understand some provide greater protection against simple snoopers to high-tech hackers. Apparently nothing is hacker proof.
If this awful shooting rebellion should arise (which I pray doen't), you may want to think out of the box.
