When America and the nations of Europe are defeated and broken up and no longer exist because of the world-wide military successes of China/Russia, then the world will find peace and Red China/Russia will mostly eliminate their militaries, and basically the world will be a better place without Western man and the Americans.

Russia and China would have been doing just fine simply by trading with Western countries.
Washington for some reason decided to designate them sworn enemies.
