Exactly. Something similar to the situation in NJ years ago when the D candidate, Torricelli, dropped out of the race after the deadline because of a scandal. The Dems illegally ran Lautenberg in his place and a "judge" ruled he could run even though the Dems and Lautenberg broke the rules.

Expect something like that to happen in Ohio. Dems are not worried.

I think the Dems are falling into their own trap. If a judge rules in their favor then SloJoe is locked in on the ballot, and once “certified”, replacing him becomes quite problematic with other states too.
