“...Nazareth’s local ordinance that criminalizes having for-sale signs on vehicles that are otherwise parked legally on public streets.”

Apparently, there are NO permits around, or exceptions to, that ordinance of anti-First Amendment. He lost in court after pleading not guilty.

Thank you friend. Sounds like it might be rooted in anti “public solicitation” codes. In our area these public solicitation codes also include hitch hiking. They are far far too extreme.
