A recently retired schoolteacher is suing his Pennsylvania borough over a local ordinance after he was found guilty of putting a "for sale" sign on his legally parked car. "We put you in office as judges and state representatives to protect our rights," Will Cramer told Fox News Digital. "And when we see things like giving people tickets for putting a for-sale sign in their car – violating our First Amendment right – it's sad."

Put a ‘Not for Sale’, ‘Do not call 123-456-7890’ sign.
All advertising should be done by internet only. Taking signs off of buildings which are in public view would be a good idea also. I think getting rid of brand names on publicly worn apparel is another good idea. So much less distractions.

And Yard Sale
I remember seeing a late 60s Camaro with a “Not For Sale” sign in the window. I guess the owner got tired of people coming to the door trying to buy it.
A while back I saw a news report about a car with a “Free Car” sign on it and the keys inside. Someone drove away with it and later found a dead body in the trunk.
