remove them, by force if necessary, get the garbage the hell off the road so that decent citizens can get to work, doctor, school, hospital, shops, or whereever.
Have 2-3 bulldozer slowly advance abreast down the road with extra wide blades and push run over these idiots and if the protest is at an intersection have the bulldozers come in all directions, creating a kill box.
Then call in 1-2 Apache gunships for cleanup and to really get the message across have those responsible for these antics clean up the mess; if they don’t cooperate, scoop up the bodies and dump them in the front yards of those responsible for this nonsense.
