Dade Phelan conspired with all House Democrats and a few of his RINO buddies to make him Speaker of the House. He then appointed Democratic politicians to most important committee chairmanships and bottled up legislation featured in the Republican Party platform.

He is a corrupt politician who has formed a cabal with the opposition party to defeat his own party.
