6th Amendment. There is absolutely no “rule” or case law that the person filing the case can be excluded from proceedings.
Re: 153 - President Trump is not being excluded by the Supreme Court from oral arguments.
President Trump should have filed a motion to request the State Supreme Court to recess the proceedings for one day so he could attend the Supreme Court oral arguments. Did he do that?
