How do you appeal something that is not yet decided? This is a years long process - not just a week.
The case has been accepted by the court for trial. It is an absurd case, and should have been rejected by the judge. Playing along with this farce is stupid. There are plenty of Constitutional protections to prevent this type of outrage.
