On some Mexican holiday a couple of months ago they tied up city streets in Chicago. A 30 min commute turned into 4 hours for my son.
A few days later they had some Mexican woman on the news crying and angry that her son died because it took so long for emergency vehicles to arrive that night. Blaming it of course on the emergency folks.
This would never happen in my state of Oklahoma. If you are blocking traffic and get hit by a vehicle, it’s your problem. State law, so it doesn’t happen.
