Yes, GC is independent, no federal money so they don’t have to adhere to title IX and whatever other nonsense DC pushes. I had wanted their to go there, but she went to the Sekulows alma mater :)

Jay Sekulow graduated from Mercer University as far as I can remember. Mercer accepts Federal money though.
