Ladies and Gentlemen of the jury I submit to you Miss Nayirah al-Ṣabaḥ

She is the daughter of Saud Nasser Al-Saud Al-Sabah, the then erstwhile Kuwaiti ambassador to the United States.

She testified before Congress, concealing her true identity, only her first name was used. She claimed to have witnessed Iraqi soldiers taking babies out of incubators at a Kuwaiti hospital before looting the incubators and leaving the babies to die on the floor.

All lies , yet what a performance .

What an outrage, This means War !

Expect any and all governments to lie, you shouldn’t expect them not to lie. All, no exceptions.

Governments lie big and lie small .

While some of you are dribbling impressions, ideas, suppositions - here are the salient points:

1. Iran struck at Israel proper for the first time in history.

2. Iran claims that the justification for this mass attack was that Israel allegedly attacked their diplomat facilities in Syria and killed a number of top Iranian officers there. At least one of those killed was involved in the top-level planning and orchestration of the October 7th atrocities.

3. This attack proves conclusively to the world that Iranian technology has advanced to the point that they can accurately target Israel directly from Iran, a range in excess of 900Km. This not a small thing.

4. The Israelis escaped serious harm because of a combination of their advanced antimissile technologies, support from us, the UK, France and Jordan.

5. This defense came at a cost: their stockpiles of antimissile systems have been reduced and now Iran knows it can hit and at some point, overwhelm Israeli defenses.

In my view, Israel has no choice but to attack and destroy all Iranian nuclear research, storage, and fabrication facilities - killing as many skilled scientists as they can in the process. They also must attack any ballistic missile development, fabrication and storage facilities or it is only a matter of a short while - thanks to Obama - until they are able to attack Israel with nuclear weapons at will - using a massive multi-direction assault first to overwhelm and exhaust their antimissile defenses.
