I was 24 and met a stunning young woman who told me she 19. Several months later she confessed she was 16. Scared the shit out me. She was very mature for her age both physically and intellectually and the thought that she was younger than 18 never crossed my mind. She tried to keep in touch for a few years after that, butI never responded in kind. But the difference is I was her school teacher.

I’m 64 now and she would be 56. No one would give a crap about that age difference today.

The one person who should have been responsible enough to think of it being unseemly was unfortunately thinking with his little head.

Had he been using logic he would have understood the implications even though it were legal to be screwing his student. (I grant you could be a female and it’s a different small head.)

See, it’s not the age at that time. It’s the idea of a person who is to lead by example not being a good example.

Same shoe.

Sorry but I meant to type I wasn’t her school teacher. We met in Vancouver, Washington when she was with her friend out from New Jersey to visit her friend’s dad.

What a huge typo!
