Actually, you can also get sun damage to the cornea of the eye also. It is epithelial in nature like your skin and the cornea can get sun burn.
My apologies. I wasn’t being snarky. It’s just that I’ve had extensive work done on my eyes over the last few years by a top flight Opthamologist and I know more about the eye than most folks should. Plus, the nit-picker in me couldn’t let it go. =;^)
