A 54-year-old Minnesota man was convicted Thursday in the slaying of a high school student and stabbing of four other people who were tubing on a western Wisconsin river.
A Wisconsin circuit court jury found Nicolae Miu guilty of first-degree reckless homicide, four counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety and one count of battery, Minnesota Public Radio reported. No sentencing date has been set.

From where, the LameStream press? I saw the video recorded by one of the punks. Miu was anything but aggressive.
If you were even mildly interested in the truth, you’d look up the testimony given by some of the “witnesses” FOR THE PROSECUTION. They completely discredited their own statements. In fact, they indicted that they committed perjury on court documents by falsely testifying.

Older dude for sure had PLENTY of time to walk away. Matter of fact he started to walk away then came back right into the group which is when he was surrounded.. he was angry from being catcalled and too prideful to leave.
It also clearly shows him starting the entire altercation by grabbing their tubes and being intrusive. Yes at that point they knocked him down but the video does not show who threw the first punch.
Again the force he used was disproportionate to the deadly force he used.

Just so you know how wrong you are, there were no girls in the group he went to looking for the phone. It was only guys. The girls came uninvited over to him and got in his face.

I was watching this trial every day and it was clear, most mature rational reasonable people who viewed the video thought it was an utter joke this case was even prosecuted. It was a joke.

Bullshit. Every female there was more akin to a manatee than a beach baby. His wife knew where he was going and why. A friend of his did lose a phone there. And he was known for enjoying a mask and snorkel in the clear river.
It would be beyond idiotic to swim around girls in tubes to watch them float by. This was a bunch of modern indoctrinated little radfems that see a male and can only think “rape”, “perv”, “creepy”, and “more rape”.
And like modern stupid drunk girls, they all run up and start screeching at him inflaming the white knights with them.
It was like a pack of baboons. All the females had the angry feminist look on their face, and the males were all smiling and enjoying the mob attack.
The two lessons here; He could have probably broken up their attack well with a few less lethal slashes rather than abdominal stabs, that would have had him face much less prison time. And second, and he wasted the golden two days before his arrest. He should have already been long gone, off to Romania or Russia.
The whole case was caused by toxic femininity. If you see a male you don’t know... he’s probably a rapist and you should get your whole pack to screech at him and inflame the males with you to mount a white knight attack.

No evidence of him being “horny” which has nothing to do with the case anyway. No law against having a “smirk”, as if that matters. The case is simple: he was attacked and he defended himself.
He was convicted in MINNESOTA: same idiots that convicted Chauvin of murder. Nuff said.
Noone was “disembowelled”. You are allowed to defend yourself against attackers, including killing them. 2nd amendment includes all ARMS, and that means knives. You have the right to carry and to use in self defence. What rhe hell does his age matter? Or that of the teens?
