If the thief (through sale of the goods or loss) disposes of his gains, what charges can be levied against him??

I guess just felony charges when the victim produces the porch cam of said thief stealing the box and an invoice of what was in the box printed from his/her email to the police.

Unless the thief walks around the neighborhood covering his head and face to avoid ID on the porch cam, which wouldn’t be suspicious at all in given the frigid Florida climate
