The reason Biden picked her was because she can claim to be black (although African ancestry is probably the third largest component of her ancestry, after South Indian and European...it would be interesting to see her DNA breakdown from Ancestry, 23andMe or another of the DNA companies). But there are already two Supreme Court seats which will always be held by a black person...does 13% of the population get 33% of the seats? When there are so many other identity groups wanting someone from their group? No Asians, no Native Americans, no Muslims, no transgenders yet.
