It’s not that simple. That policy would bring a huge federal lawsuit down on you. Caught between a rock and a hard place.

The aggrieved “disabled” bring massive lawsuits at the slightest hint of discrimination.

I’ve seen local stores go out of business for very mild ADA violations but the bastards that make a living out of suing for those tiny violations came down on them like a ton of bricks.

Oh yeah, wasn't some repooblican dude and again later, his repooblican dude son? Bush?

Then the EEOC further bastardized the damn thing by making up new definitions and rules and so now, we have crazy people living on the streets and freaks in women's locker rooms.

Put the effing gooberment in charge of the Sahara Desert and in five years there would be no more sand. Too much power, money, authority over our lives. Time to stop and reverse this mess.
