Trump made his own evidence dump a few months back. I want to see it introduced as evidence.

kept rejecting cases on the basis of legal bullsh*t liked "Standing" and "Laches", etc. There's a problem there. It ain’t bullshit. A lack of diligence in making a claim is bs? No.

As for using the evidence, it's not possible because the courts are various degrees of incompetent, biased and cowardly. if the claim is not backed by hard evidence, it should be rejected. Courts aren’t for throw it at the wall and see if it sticks.

Have you actually looked at any of these cases they attempted to file? The judges are clearly @$$holes intent on preventing Trump from filing them.

Very few of these coward judges even touched this. They said "let this cup pass before me."

Trump's cases were just fine, the problem was a coward/biased judiciary, which is a common problem in modern America.

if the claim is not backed by hard evidence, it should be rejected.

You aren't understanding me. They never got to the stage of presenting evidence. The cases kept getting dismissed on procedural grounds without ever getting to the presenting evidence stage.

As I said, bullsh*t legal dodges.

Courts aren’t for throw it at the wall and see if it sticks.

Until they want to be. We've seen so many "throw it at the wall and see if it sticks" cases in our courts to know they have no problem with that so long as it is an issue they want to make a statement about.

The Judicial system is mostly whims of judges, not actual law.
