Does or can a pharmacist dispensing pills “help” in this regard?
It'd be like if a state last year modified a law against murder to no longer include the death penalty, then a leftist wrote an article saying it's an old law because for centuries it's been illegal to murder people.
repel the 19th, most of the problems all began with that.
They make an abortion ruling in two shakes of a lamb's tail, yet Kari Lake's election integrity lawsuits are still mired in the leftist lower courts.
They just have to drive to NV. It’s been in the Nevada Revised Statutes since the early 90’s up to 26 weeks or later if the doc says. Don’t think it will get reversed anytime soon.
that would explain the atmospheric disturbance I sensed earlier.
Kansas 2022
When pharmacists decided during the recent unpleasantness that their fellow humans shouldn’t be permitted to get their hands on Hydroxychloriquine or Ivermectin, they had no trouble avoiding filling those prescriptions....
My thoughts too. Stoke the hysteria.
That would be correct.
Arizona is ruled by suburban women. Look at the government.
And a lot of those Republican women are still stuck in the ‘70s. So they will be incensed by this. Vote for Biden? Maybe not. But they may stay home.
And the baby murdering harpies will come out in droves.
Bingo! You are correct.
Abe Lincoln’s fault, the fascist!
Why does the 1913 law have to be harmonized with the 2022 law? Shouldn’t the 2022 law have to be compliant with the 1913 law? It may just be semantics.
EC
I sthere something preventing the people of Arizona from reversing this ban, if indeed enough of them feel this way?
Oh yea, Trump has them scared. Thr only thing they have to get out the vote is abortion. Trump’s stance doesn’t guarantee that a strong pro sbortion group votes for Biden on the question of President.
BTW this will keep Arizona blue politically, this is a dimrat wet dream.
We are in the soup because of the 19th. Unfortunately it was inevitable and there is 0 chance of going back.
“When pharmacists decided during the recent unpleasantness that their fellow humans shouldn’t be permitted to get their hands on Hydroxychloriquine or Ivermectin, they had no trouble avoiding filling those prescriptions....”
And from what I understand some pharmacists are still refusing to fill those Ivermectin prescriptions.
sounds like the good people of AZ speak righteousness and truth across the decades to today’s sinners from the grave. may God bless this ruling and multiply it’s effect.
