The officers who held the doors open should be charged with entrapment.
A bunch of old white Republicans are going to sue DC cops with a DC jury pool?
Good luck.
How does this not violate the 6th amendment, right to speedy trial act of 1974. The period of delay in all federal and district courts shall not exceed 100 days
Wow that’s crazy. I wonder if they will be given bail or jailed for 4 yeas like j6’ers
Hear! Hear!
You’re right. Gaza protesters should be arrested. A total double standard! J6ers should be freed today.
But we all know that won’t happen while the Deep State and Obummer are in charge.
What is the Cliff Notes version?
Make it trillions.
Re: 43 - Lang essentially waived his right to a speedy trial. It’s his decision.
For those who were unlawfully charged, I really can’t think of enough retribution if the cases are decided in their favor. Beyond financial considerations, I think it should go much further in a way that at least might give the victims a small amount of personal satisfaction for what they have had to go through.
Put me on the jury for one of these and you’ll see just how big “millions” can be.
“God bless them…I hope they win hundreds of millions and the storm troopers go to prison”
The officers did not uphold the laws they were sworn to defend. Good suit. Let Soros pay their fines. Same thing should happen with congress. Adam Schiff and Schumer and crew should be personally sued for their lies which harmed Americans.
Cliff Notes version for Lang’s charges? Or something else?
>That’s because he knows he’s busted assaulting police
Was that before or after the C.P.+ threw/fired ordinance+ into the waiting, & non-violent, crowd??
The 3rd leg of govt stool is gonna ‘rock the boat’?? BWAHahaha
How well did the courts+ ‘police’ itself when it come to, for example, the FISA fraud that gave us ‘Russia, Russia, Russia’?
No, where Lang was not non-violent.
But we’ll find out “officially” at the trial.
There are 2 long pages of trial gibberish.
What was the gist of it?
Okay I see.
Lang was arrested for among other charges assaulting police officers, etc. on Jan 6.
He waved his right to a speedy trial, and is waiting to go to trial under the Supreme Court hears a case about if a Federal law is being misused (I believe it is) to charge Jan 6 defendants.
