The parents of a San Diego eighth grader are suing the school officials who, in yet another instance of liberals concocting racism where none exists, deemed the boy a racist for wearing eyeblack to a football game.
The boy, who was trying to emulate professional football players who use face paint, was accused of wearing “blackface” by the school principal who suspended him in a decision upheld by the school superintendent.

If you know of the work of late, 1989-1991 New York Teacher of the Year, John Taylor Gatto, it’s not an exception, arbitrary & capricious imposition of irrational discipline is a “positive” principle at schools, to beat kids down into place.
These school administrators need to be fired. We need serious parent-staffed review boards to oversee teachers and NOT the union and teacher controlled school boards.
It’s good the parents are suing. It’s the only thing the DIE tyrants understand.

Who are they to say that the boy isnt transracial? Clearly they are projecting their gender stereotypes on this individual, I would have to assume also that they are projecting their old fashioned ignorance about race also.

The parent’s complaint says that J.A.’s friend painted dark paint on his cheeks, temples and chin; emulating “eye black warrior paint” often displayed by fans and athletes at games.
The San Diego Unified School District has doubled down, and changed their story.
“The school district now contends, without offering any hard evidence, that the boy was also suspended for making racist remarks at the game. But his lawyers say this concocted charge was not even in the original suspension notice and is an attempt to “rewrite history.”
Critical race theory grievance study departments have churned out an army of fanatics to stamp out racism where it doesn’t exist. Being smeared as a racist is a big deal. I hope the parents collect a big settlement like the Covington kid.

So, the school district knows they are screwed.
But in true prog fashion they will NEVER admit they are wrong.
If they cant screech loud enough to the prog media to get what they want, they double down with “the boy was also suspended for making racist remarks.”
Never mind there are no actual witnesses and it was never in the school district’s original written accusation.
But a secondary act of desperation (making racist remarks) by the school district is as far as it goes.
Once again we see typical progs can not think past Step 1.
If the school district’s BS gets blown away by that now somewhat rare commodity of common sense (California) they will clam up and have “no further comment for white supremist racists!” (no Step 2.)
Nary a word will be whispered by the prog media...
